DataWizards Computer Consulting, LLC., located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, U.S.A., specializes in the design and development of robust, highly usable information systems. Our primary goal is always to make our applications easy to use, because we believe software should assist the user to perform a task rather than becoming the task itself. DataWizards was founded by four educators, Richard Berg Ph.D., Hardin Brothers, Robert Greiff, and Martin Haagmans, who bring a total of 90 years of teaching experience, database application development, and interactive web page design to our clients -- among whom are the US Fish and Wildlife Service, New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department, Lovelace Hospital, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and many departments at the University of New Mexico.

We are a full-service provider of data systems, with emphasis on user interface design.  Our careful attention to the user interface reduces development time, increases user satisfaction, and reduces training costs. Our experience as teachers has guided us in developing complex technical systems that speak to the user in plain, easy-to-understand language. We provide custom programming, database design, interactive web solutions, and training in many Windows-based data systems. We never charge for initial project meetings to determine the feasibility of a project and its general requirements.
Our work ranges from the state of the art -- things most people didn't know were possible -- to the simplest automated spreadsheets. This site contains pictorial examples of some creative user interfaces.
